This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all purchases made on Current Plus Point, including paid test series, mock exams, and premium features. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms stated below.
Current Plus Point provides digital educational content. Once access to a paid service is granted, the service is considered delivered instantly.
Due to the intangible and non-returnable nature of digital content, refunds are not provided once:

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

All refund requests are reviewed manually. Approval or rejection will be communicated within 5–7 business days. Current Plus Point reserves the right to make the final decision.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on bank and payment gateway policies.
Payments are processed via third-party gateways such as Razorpay and PhonePe. We do not store card, UPI, or banking details.
Any delays caused by payment providers are governed by their respective policies.
Initiating chargebacks without contacting our support team may result in account suspension or permanent termination. Users are encouraged to resolve disputes directly with us first.
All subscriptions and test series have a defined validity period. Expiry of validity does not qualify for refunds.
Prices may include applicable taxes (GST). Refunds, if approved, will be processed on the net amount paid after gateway charges, where applicable.
Purchases made using promotional discounts, coupons, or special offers are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Any attempt to misuse the refund policy, including repeated refund requests or false claims, may result in account restriction.
Current Plus Point reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
This policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra.
